All Bijoux Beach shellcraft is made using natural New Zealand shells. While we always try to keep everything as close to our product photos and sizes listed, please do keep in mind that slight discrepancies may occur in shell size and shape, and exact motif.
All Bijoux Beach pearl jewellery is handmade. If your jewellery does come apart in any way within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to replace the item at no charge. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We may ask for photographic proof of damage.
If your Bijoux Beach shells are damaged in any way upon arrival to you, we are happy to replace your order at no charge. However, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We may ask for photographic proof of damage, for our shipping contractor.
